Shipping Information:

We ship to US addresses via UPS. All shipments are sent from our parent company, Pop Deluxe out of Madison, WI. All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you'd like to return something, please email us within 30 days of purchase to obtain an RA#. Do not ship items back to us without this number, it insures that you will get a refund! You will be refunded the purchase price of the returned item(s) only, we do not reimburse for any shipping charges.

Damaged Goods:

Please report all damages immediately so we can start a claim and replace your item.

A. No, we carry all the items Jane makes, only certain images are available in each product category...if you have a suggestion, we'll gladly pass it along.

Q. Do you offer volume discounts?

A. We do offer a discount for items bought in larger quantites. If you're interested, please email us for a quote.
